Support resources

You're not alone.

If you're in immediate danger, call 911. Otherwise, these lines are here for you — anytime.

What is a warm line?

Warm lines are non-crisis peer-support services staffed by people with lived experience of mental health or recovery challenges. They offer emotional support, connection, and understanding — without judgment or pressure.

Warm line

For when you'd like to talk, feel less alone, or process something with a peer. Non-crisis.

Crisis line

For thoughts of suicide, self-harm, or acute distress. Staffed by trained crisis counselors (e.g. 988).

Emergency (911)

For immediate danger to yourself or someone else — when help needs to come to you.

You don't have to be in crisis to reach out. Wanting to talk is reason enough.

Available everywhere in the U.S.
